The Peninsula Hotels

The Peninsula Hotels (SEHK45) is an ultra-luxury hotel operator based in Hong Kong, part of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited. Their "flagship" hotel, the famous Peninsula Hong Kong, which opened in 1928, used to be known as the 'finest hotel east of the Suez'.[1][2][3]

Beginning with the five-star The Peninsula Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, it now operates a chain of five-star hotels outside of Asia.

The Peninsula Hong Kong holds several world records for placing the largest single orders for fleets of Rolls-Royce cars in the world.

The Louis Vuitton boutique in the Peninsula Palace Hotel in Beijing is designated the "World Flagship" store for the brand.

The Peninsula Bangkok was named the #1 hotel in Asia and #7 worldwide by Travel + Leisure in August 2010.[4][5]
